This one day event was a series of practical industry and career development sessions run exclusively for the Talent USA group, supported by Screen Australia. The day was a collaborative session run by the Australian International Screen Forum in association with Independent Filmmaker Project.

The panel discussion will focus on the gender inequality in the entertainment industry and talk about the current state of things right now and what emerging practitioners need to do to help make a safer and more inclusive industry going forward.
